Rental conditions Terms & Conditions

· Driver must be at least 18 years old

· Valid driver's license depending on the cubic capacity

· Minimum rental length 24 hours (day)

· Payment in cash, payment cards or Burmese (in advance)

· Deposit Cash 100e 125cc – 150e 150cc – 200cc (passport), deposit is not refundable in case of any damage to the vehicle or accompanying equipment

· The scooter is rented with a full tank.

· The scooter returns with a full tank

· Missing fuel is charged €15

· Fuel super 95, 98

· The scooter may only be operated by the person specified in the contract.

· Parking and traffic fines are the responsibility of the client

· Prohibition of driving on gravel roads, as well as under the influence of alcohol and drugs

· Helmet for the passenger is charged an additional 5e

· Driving outside the border with written consent is additionally paid 10e per day

· Delayed return max 30min (longer than 30 minutes is charged as an additional day of rental)

· Loss of keys €50

· Loss or damage to helmets €100

· Loss of documents €100

Lease Agreement

It contains all the essential information about the service user, download location, date and time, reg. number of scooters, method of payment... The lessor is obliged to certify the contract with the seal of the company. In case the user wants to visit the surrounding countries, he is obliged to inform the lessor who will issue him a special permit to leave the country. The contract is valid until the user returns the scooter to the lessor at the prearranged location and hands over the keys and documents. Do not throw away the contract before the end of the rental period. In case of an accident, notify the agency immediately.
